Privacy Policy

G360 Information Security

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

1. Introduction and Purpose

G360 Information Security (“G360”) operates https://g360.solutions as an openly accessible resource for sharing professional experience, practical information security methodologies, observations, research, and ideas.

The website is intended to encourage learning, professional discussion, collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge among information security practitioners, organizational leaders, students, and other interested individuals.

G360 respects the privacy of its visitors and contributors and recognizes the importance of responsible information handling.

This Privacy Policy describes information that may be collected through the website, its use, the involvement of third-party technologies, and the implications of making information publicly available.

Access to G360’s published articles, methodologies, and other public resources does not ordinarily require registration, membership, or the disclosure of personal information.

2. Information Collected

G360 may collect or process information through the following activities.

Contact and Correspondence

Visitors who use the Contact & Conversations form provide their names, email addresses, and messages.

This information is used to review inquiries, respond to correspondence, facilitate discussion, and consider opportunities for professional collaboration.

Information submitted through the contact form is treated as private correspondence unless the contributor expressly authorizes publication or another lawful basis permits its disclosure.

Public Comments and Contributions

Individuals who submit comments or materials intended for publication may provide names, email addresses, website addresses, professional affiliations, written observations, documents, or other information.

WordPress may also collect associated technical information, including IP addresses and browser user-agent information, for comment administration and spam prevention.

Comments are reviewed before publication.

Technical and Operational Information

G360 and its technology providers may process information associated with website access and operation, including IP addresses, browser characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, and security-related events.

Such information may be used for website functionality, technical administration, troubleshooting, security, backup, and recovery.

3. Use of Information

G360 may use information obtained through the website to:

  • Respond to correspondence, questions, and professional inquiries.
  • Review, moderate, and administer comments.
  • Encourage the exchange of professional knowledge and perspectives.
  • Research, evaluate, develop, and improve methodologies and educational resources.
  • Maintain website functionality, security, and operational reliability.
  • Investigate technical issues, abuse, or unauthorized activities.
  • Maintain backups and support website recovery.
  • Fulfill applicable legal and administrative obligations.

G360 does not require visitors to disclose personal information merely to access its freely published materials.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Analytical Tools

G360 may use artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and other analytical technologies to support its research, professional analysis, editorial development, and knowledge-sharing activities.

These technologies may assist with:

  • Evaluating information security concepts, methodologies, and professional observations.
  • Comparing ideas, identifying relationships, and examining alternative perspectives.
  • Organizing and interpreting submitted materials.
  • Conducting research and developing supporting analyses.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining educational materials and publications.
  • Identifying potential improvements to existing information security practices and methodologies.

Information voluntarily submitted to G360, including correspondence, comments, suggestions, documents, and other contributions, may be processed using third-party AI services where appropriate.

Such processing may involve transmitting information to technology providers outside G360’s own computing environment.

Contributors should therefore avoid submitting passwords, confidential business records, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, proprietary materials, or information subject to contractual confidentiality obligations unless appropriate arrangements have been established in advance.

Information submitted privately will not automatically be published merely because it has been analyzed with AI.

G360 may incorporate general observations, research findings, analytical conclusions, and nonconfidential insights derived from contributions into its professional discussions, methodologies, and publications.

This does not automatically authorize the reproduction of a contributor’s identifiable statements, unpublished documents, or original materials without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

AI-generated material is treated as an analytical and editorial resource rather than an unquestionable authority.

Responsibility for the interpretation, selection, presentation, and publication of G360’s materials remains with G360 and the identified author.

G360 seeks to use these technologies with appropriate consideration for privacy, accuracy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and professional integrity.

5. Public Availability and Reuse of Information

G360 is intentionally designed as an open knowledge-sharing resource.

Its published articles, comments, methodologies, reference materials, and other publicly available content can generally be accessed by anyone without registration, membership, authentication, or payment.

Individuals and organizations that voluntarily provide information for public publication should understand that, once published, the material becomes accessible to the general public.

Publicly available information may be:

  • Read, viewed, or downloaded.
  • Indexed and retained by search engines.
  • Quoted, referenced, or discussed.
  • Copied, collected, or archived.
  • Analyzed using artificial intelligence and other analytical technologies.
  • Redistributed or incorporated into other works by third parties, subject to applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

G360 does not exercise control over how independent third parties subsequently access, analyze, store, reproduce, or distribute information obtained from its public website.

G360 does not undertake to prevent the copying or reuse of publicly accessible contributions.

Public availability does not, by itself, eliminate copyrights, transfer ownership of intellectual property, authorize unlawful reuse, or place a work into the public domain.

Contributors retain applicable rights in their original materials, subject to any permissions, licenses, or agreements associated with their publication.

Individuals and organizations submitting materials for publication are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary rights and authority to disclose those materials.

Contributors should not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, sensitive personal information, proprietary documents, or information concerning other individuals without appropriate authorization.

Once information has been publicly published, removing it from G360 does not guarantee its removal from search-engine indexes, third-party archives, downloaded copies, AI systems, or other independently maintained resources.

These public-availability provisions apply to information intentionally published on G360. They do not automatically apply to private contact-form messages or other nonpublic correspondence.

6. Comments, Discussion, and Editorial Review

G360 welcomes questions, differing opinions, constructive criticism, professional observations, and contributions that advance understanding.

All public comments are subject to manual review before publication.

G360 may decline, moderate, or remove submissions considered inappropriate, irrelevant, abusive, promotional, or inconsistent with the purposes of the website.

Approved comments and associated public display names may become visible to anyone accessing the website.

Email addresses submitted for comment administration are not intentionally displayed as part of published comments.

Contributors should recognize that public discussions may be read, analyzed, quoted, or referenced by other visitors.

G360 does not guarantee that publicly available information will remain confidential or that third parties will refrain from copying it.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

G360 Information Security uses WordPress and supporting technologies that may employ cookies or similar mechanisms for website administration, authentication, security, and functionality.

During testing of the public homepage, contact page, and published articles, G360 did not observe first-party cookies being set merely by opening those pages.

Administrative login sessions and certain interactive functions may use cookies or related technologies.

G360 does not currently operate a dedicated advertising or behavioral analytics program on its website.

Third-party services or embedded content, where present, may process visitor information or use cookies according to their own practices.

Visitors may manage cookies through their browser settings. Restricting certain cookies may affect website functionality.

G360 periodically reviews its website technologies and will provide additional disclosures or consent controls where required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services and External Websites

G360 relies on external technology providers for website operation, administration, communication, security, and recovery.

Depending on the services enabled, these may include:

Bluehost: Website hosting and related infrastructure.

Cloudflare: Domain name and DNS services, together with any enabled traffic-management or security features.

WordPress: Website publishing, content management, administration, and comment functionality.

WPForms and associated email services: G360 uses WPForms to receive contact inquiries and an email delivery service to transmit those submissions. WPForms Lite’s optional cloud entry-backup feature is disabled, and form submissions are not retained as entries within WPForms. Copies of correspondence may remain in email systems and associated backups. Built-in anti-spam measures are used to help protect the contact form.

Jetpack VaultPress Backup: Website backup, activity tracking, and recovery services.

Artificial Intelligence Service Providers: Analytical, research, and editorial assistance as described in this policy.

Other website components, sharing services, or embedded content may involve additional third parties.

These providers may process information according to their own contractual terms, privacy notices, and technical practices.

G360 may link to external websites for educational, professional, or reference purposes. Such links do not imply control over the external website’s information-handling practices.

9. Information Sharing and Disclosure

G360 does not operate its website for the purpose of selling visitor personal information.

Information may be disclosed or made accessible to technology providers when reasonably necessary to support hosting, communications, AI-assisted analysis, security, backups, maintenance, or other legitimate operations described in this policy.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its visitors, or other parties.

Information intentionally published by contributors is publicly accessible as described in Section 5.

Private correspondence and unpublished submissions are not automatically considered public contributions.

10. Information Retention

G360 retains information for periods appropriate to the purposes for which it is collected or processed.

These purposes may include correspondence, comment moderation, professional discussions, website administration, security, legal compliance, and operational recordkeeping.

Information may remain in correspondence archives, administrative systems, technical logs, AI-service records, or website backups after its initial collection.

Retention periods vary according to the information involved, the services used, legitimate operational needs, applicable legal requirements, and the retention practices of third-party providers.

G360 may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.

Previously published information may remain available through third-party copies even after removal from G360.

11. Information Security and Confidentiality

G360 uses administrative and technical measures intended to support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its website and information systems.

These may include access controls, encrypted website communications, software maintenance, security-related monitoring, and backup and recovery arrangements.

However, no website, communication service, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Visitors and contributors should avoid transmitting sensitive or confidential information through public comments or ordinary website contact forms.

Special arrangements should be established before exchanging information that requires heightened confidentiality or contractual protection.

12. Individual Privacy Requests

Individuals may contact G360 concerning personal information they have submitted through the website.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, requests may include access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related rights.

G360 may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity and authority of the requester.

Requests will be evaluated in light of applicable legal requirements, legitimate operational needs, security considerations, and the rights of other parties.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, administrative, or recordkeeping purposes.

G360 cannot guarantee deletion of copies independently maintained by third parties following public publication.

13. International Visitors

G360 makes its published resources available to an international audience.

Website information may be processed, transmitted, or stored in jurisdictions different from the visitor’s location, depending on the technology providers and services involved.

Applicable privacy and data-protection laws may provide additional rights or impose additional obligations.

G360 will address relevant requests and obligations according to the laws applicable to its activities.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

G360 may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in website functionality, operating practices, third-party services, analytical technologies, or applicable legal requirements.

Substantive revisions will be reflected in an updated effective date.

Visitors and contributors are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
